Set your oven to preheat at 375°F. Coat a 9x13 pan with a thin layer of oil or butter.

Stir together ricotta, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Pour a bit of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the pan, then lay down 3 noodles.

Spread one-third of the ricotta mix, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese on the noodles. Repeat the process for two more layers.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes till the top gets brown and bubbly.

Let the dish cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top before cutting and serving.
