Cheesy Chicken Layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 lasagna noodles, boiled and drained.
02 - 2 cups shredded chicken that's already cooked.
03 - 2 cups of creamy Alfredo sauce.
04 - 2 cups of ricotta cheese.
05 - 1 large egg.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
08 - 2 cups of mozzarella, finely shredded.
09 - 1 cup of Parmesan, grated.
10 - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat at 375°F. Coat a 9x13 pan with a thin layer of oil or butter.
02 - Stir together ricotta, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
03 - Pour a bit of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the pan, then lay down 3 noodles.
04 - Spread one-third of the ricotta mix, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese on the noodles. Repeat the process for two more layers.
05 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes till the top gets brown and bubbly.
06 - Let the dish cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top before cutting and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Either store-bought or homemade Alfredo will work.
02 - Vegetables can replace chicken if preferred.
03 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
