Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 yellow onion, chopped small.
02 - 10.75 oz can of creamy cheddar soup.
03 - 12 oz evaporated milk.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 cup regular milk.
06 - Salt and pepper, as you like.
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 1.5 pounds ground beef.
09 - 4 pounds russet potatoes, cut into quarter-inch slices.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Use some butter or oil to coat a 9x13 baking dish. Cook the beef and onion together in a skillet, then get rid of the extra fat.
02 - In the dish, make four layers using potatoes, cooked beef, and cheese. Sprinkle salt, pepper, or other seasonings on each layer.
03 - Blend the cheddar soup, two kinds of milk, and garlic seasoning until smooth and creamy. Pour this over the layers in the dish.
04 - Cover everything with foil and bake for an hour. Remove the foil and let it bake for 15 more minutes, so the top turns golden.
