Beefy Cheese Farfalle (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz farfalle pasta.
02 - 1 lb minced beef.
03 - 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
04 - 1 small diced onion.
05 - 4 cloves crushed garlic (split).
06 - 1 teaspoon Mediterranean herbs mix.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes.
08 - 3 tablespoons plain butter.
09 - 1 tablespoon regular flour.
10 - 1 cup fresh milk.
11 - 1 cup grated mozzarella.
12 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan.
13 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
14 - Salt and black pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta till firm to bite. Save 1/2 cup cooking water before emptying.
02 - Sizzle beef with oil. Toss in onion, garlic, and spices. Stir until onions turn clear. Put aside.
03 - Heat butter, fry garlic. Mix in flour for base. Pour milk slowly while stirring until sauce gets thick.
04 - Add in both cheeses until smooth. Throw in pasta and meat mix. Add some pasta water if sauce needs thinning.
05 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and more Parmesan if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Ground turkey or chicken works too.
02 - Throw in some veggies for a healthier meal.
03 - Stays good in the fridge for 3 days max.
