Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Cake (Print Version)

01 - Two 15-ounce cans of strawberry filling for pies
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, brought to room temp
03 - One large egg
04 - 1/4 cup white sugar
05 - One pack of white or vanilla cake mix
06 - Half a cup of salted butter, chilled
07 - Optional: Fresh strawberries for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to preheat.
02 - Pour the strawberry filling into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and spread it out evenly.
03 - Combine cream cheese, egg, and sugar in a bowl. Whisk until it's all smooth.
04 - Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the strawberry layer and lightly even it out.
05 - Spread the cake mix evenly over everything else.
06 - Slice the cold butter thin and place pieces evenly across the cake mix.
07 - Pop it in the oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is golden.
08 - Let it rest for 10 minutes, then serve warm or after it's been chilled.
