Cheese Ball Jalapeno Popper (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 minced jalapenos (save part of it).
02 - 1 cup chopped green onions (set aside some).
03 - 10 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled (keep a portion).
04 - 16 oz of softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/2 tsp of onion powder.
06 - 1/4 tsp pepper.
07 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (leave 1/2 cup aside).
08 - 2 tbsp sour cream.
09 - 3/4 tsp garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings until smooth. Stir in 1.5 cups of cheddar, plus half the bacon, jalapenos, and green onions.
02 - In a bag, toss together the extra cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions. Chill inside the fridge until later.
03 - Use plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a ball. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
04 - Twenty minutes before serving, roll the cold cheese ball in the leftover topping mix.
