Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up. Get a 9×5-inch loaf pan ready by greasing it or using parchment paper.

In a big bowl, toss together the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until it’s all even.

Take a separate bowl and whisk together the eggs, butter, honey, milk, and vanilla. Stir this mixture into your dry stuff, but don’t overdo it.

Stir in the pecans gently. Pour the batter into your prepped pan. Bake for about 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool down for 10 minutes, then pop it onto a rack to finish cooling.
