# Ingredients:

01 - 1 crusty French baguette, cut into slices.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for toasting bread.
03 - 1 lb beef tenderloin, diced into cubes.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking meat.
05 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted.
07 - 1/2 cup cream, heavy type.
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated.
09 - 1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic for the sauce.
11 - Pepper and salt according to preference.
12 - Chopped fresh parsley as garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat sliced baguette with oil, add some seasoning, then bake until golden at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes.
02 - Sprinkle seasoning on cubed tenderloin, then brown in hot oil for around 3-4 minutes to your liking.
03 - Mix butter with flour to form base. Pour in cream and let it bubble till thickened. Add Parmesan and spices while stirring.
04 - Place sauce on each bread slice, add beef pieces, drizzle more sauce, then sprinkle with herbs.
