Beef Stir Fry Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large onion, cut into thin slices.
02 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin powder.
04 - 2 cups mushrooms, roughly sliced.
05 - 1 pound ground beef, lean.
06 - Salt and black pepper, as needed.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (if desired).
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
10 - 3 green onions, diced small.
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika spice.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat.
02 - Cook the sliced onions for 3 to 4 minutes until they soften up.
03 - Toss in the minced garlic and let it cook briefly, about a minute.
04 - Throw in the ground beef, crumble it as it cooks, and brown it for 5 to 7 minutes.
05 - Add in cumin, paprika, oregano, some salt and pepper, and red chili flakes if you're using them.
06 - Add the mushroom slices and stir them around for about 5 minutes until soft.
07 - Adjust the seasonings to your liking and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
