Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms.
02 - 4 cups chopped green cabbage.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef.
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
05 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
08 - A pinch of salt and pepper, adjust to taste.
09 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
10 - 1 inch of fresh minced ginger.
11 - 4 green onions, finely chopped.
12 - Steamed rice to pair with.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the oil in a big pan or wok over medium-high heat.
02 - Toss in the ginger and garlic, cooking them for about 30 seconds until they smell amazing.
03 - Add the meat, crumble it as it cooks, and brown for around 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Toss in the mushrooms first for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, throw in the cabbage and let it soften, cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes.
05 - Mix in the sauces and green onions. Give it a final stir and serve it with rice on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
02 - Oyster sauce isn't a must, skip if needed.
03 - Perfect for batch cooking.
