10 - ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

→ For Serving

11 - Extra Chocolate Pieces
12 - Maple Syrup
13 - Banana Slices

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the flour, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Put it aside when done.
02 - Mash up the bananas in a different bowl with a fork. Mix in the milk and egg, beating until smooth.
03 - Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mix. Stir everything gently until it's combined, then fold in the chocolate bits. Batter should be a little chunky.
04 - Heat up a greased pan over medium. Drop in ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Let them cook till the bottoms are golden and bubbles pop on top, about 2 minutes per side.
05 - Take cooked pancakes out of the pan, then repeat the process with the remaining batter.
06 - Lay sliced banana and chocolate on top of the pancakes. Pour maple syrup over them and serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - Riper bananas bring better sweetness and flavor
02 - Don't overdo the mixing - you want some lumps
03 - Tastes best when served fresh and warm
