Stir together the flour, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Put it aside when done.

Mash up the bananas in a different bowl with a fork. Mix in the milk and egg, beating until smooth.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mix. Stir everything gently until it's combined, then fold in the chocolate bits. Batter should be a little chunky.

Heat up a greased pan over medium. Drop in ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Let them cook till the bottoms are golden and bubbles pop on top, about 2 minutes per side.

Take cooked pancakes out of the pan, then repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Lay sliced banana and chocolate on top of the pancakes. Pour maple syrup over them and serve right away.
