                Stir together garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until combined.

                Toss the chicken chunks in the marinade, making sure every piece gets coated. Wrap and let it chill in the fridge for around half an hour.

                Get your air fryer ready by heating it to 400°F (200°C).

                Carefully push the chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving tiny gaps between for even cooking.

                Lay the skewers in one layer in the fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes. Flip them midway until they turn golden.

                Take the kebabs out of the air fryer, rest them for a few minutes, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve while it's hot.
