                Cook the pasta the way it says on the package. Put it to the side when done.

                Place cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan, cornstarch, garlic powder, basil, and oregano into a blender. Blend it all until the mixture is silky.

                Pour the blended sauce into a big pan on low heat. Stir every once in a while and let it warm for about 5 minutes or until the temperature is just right for you.

                Toss the cooked pasta into the warm sauce. Stir it all around until everything's coated well. Taste and add salt or pepper if needed.

                Dish it up and dig in! Sprinkle some Parmesan, parsley, or a little extra black pepper on top if you want.
